    Premium – Devices in Premium condition are like brand new, with little to no visible signs of use. They are 100% original (not refurbished), come with 12 months warranty, and have a battery capacity of 100%.

    Excellent – Fully functional devices that may show only minimal signs of usage. They come with 12 months warranty and have a battery capacity of minimum 85%. These devices are usually 100% original and performance is excellent.

    Very Good – Devices that may display visible signs of use, such as scratches. They remain in great working order and come with 12 months warranty. They are either 100% original or refurbished with high-quality parts, maintaining reliable functionality and have a battery capacity of above 80%.

    Some of these devices (Very good) may have been refurbished using high quality parts, therefore, could show a message to state “battery or display cannot be verified as original”
    This will not effect the overall performance of the device.

    1. Right of Withdrawal (14-Day Cooling-Off Period)

    • Exclusions:

    Expired right to return period

    The right to return exists in case you change your mind about the purchase, however if after 14-days of receiving the package, if we are not notified of any defects with the product, we will assume the transaction to be permanent. You are still protected by our free 1 year Warranty service in case you experience any issues with the device.
