1. Right of Withdrawal (14-Day Cooling-Off Period)
In accordance with EU consumer protection laws, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within **14 days** without providing any reason.

• Eligibility: Applies to online purchases by consumers within the EU.  
  
• Period: The 14-day period starts from the day you receive your product.  
  
• Exclusions:
    - Sealed goods (e.g., earphones) that were unsealed after delivery.  

 

Expired right to return period

The right to return exists in case you change your mind about the purchase, however if after 14-days of receiving the package, if we are not notified of any defects with the product, we will assume the transaction to be permanent. You are still protected by our free 1 year Warranty service in case you experience any issues with the device.

2. Return Conditions  
For a return to be accepted:  
- The product must be in its original condition and with all original accessories.  
- Proof of purchase (receipt or invoice) must be provided.  
- Any gift or promotional items received with the product must also be returned.

3. Return Process
1. Initiate Return: Contact us at **[email/contact form link]** within the 14-day window.  
2. Prepare the Product: Securely package the item, including all original components.  
3. Ship or Visit:  
   - In-Store Purchases: Return the product to 111 Capel Street, Dublin 1.  
   - Online Orders: Ship the product to 111 capel street, Dublin 1, Dublin - Ireland, D01 EE72. Return shipping costs are generally the buyer's responsibility unless the product is defective or incorrect.

4. Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.  
- Approved refunds will be processed within 14 days to your original payment method.  
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

5. Faulty or Damaged Products
If your item is faulty, damaged, or not as described, you are entitled to a free repair, replacement, or full refund.

6. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. For exchanges due to personal preference (e.g., different color or model), please initiate a standard return and place a new order.
